Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note we are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $75
  • Orders under $75 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days once shipped
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • Chloe Collective is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addressed
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not the responsibility of Chloe Collective
